The fully equipped self-catering studio apartment comprises of an open plan kitchen, dining and living area with double bed and a double sleeper couch. The bathroom has a bath and hand-shower. The kitchen is equipped with a small stove with oven, fridge/freezer, microwave and all the necessary kitchen utensils. There is a colour TV in the living room. Sliding doors lead onto a patio with portable braai. The building has full electronic security and parking with remote control in the courtyard right in front of your front door is available.
The studio apartment is close to all the shopping facilities and restaurants in Strand and only 30 minutes from the city centre of Cape Town and the V&A Waterfront.
