- The rates are for 2 persons sharing per night with a minimum stay of 5 nights. Rates for stays of 10 nights and more than 24 nights on request.

- Cancellation policy: In case of cancellation guests will forfeit following % of total account: 22 - 90 days before arrival - 50%; 0 - 21 days before arrival - 100%; no arrival - 100%
- 50% non-refundable deposit needed for booking; balance in high season 30 days prior to arrival; rest of time by arrangement with owner
