The 3 Oceanview Apartments, situated against the mountain in Gordon's
Bay (near Cape Town, South Africa), have magnificent sea views and offer luxury self-catering accommodation for vacation rentals for up to 6 guests each. Two of t he apartments are on the ground floor level of a large house built on three levels with the 3 rd apartment unit on the 3 rd level or street level. The apartments are about 1 km from the main safe swimming beaches in Gordon's Bay.
Guests enjoy total privacy as the apartments have their own private entrances. Each self-catering apartment consists of one spacious bedroom (with double bed), bathroom with bath and shower, fully equipped open plan kitchen, dining area and lounge leading onto enclosed balcony with stunning sea views across False Bay. There are two sleeper couches in each living room.
Facilities include colour TV (M-Net), microwave, 4 plate stove, fridge and all necessary kitchen utensils, pots and pans, crockery, cutlery, linen and towels (please bring own beach towels). Safe lock-up garage parking is provided for each apartment.

Conditions
- Refundable breakage deposit of R500 charged per apartment
- Please bring own beach towels
- Minimum booking period: 2 nights
- Minimum booking period during peak summer season is 10 nights.
- Cancellation policy: In case of cancellation guests will forfeit % of total account: 22 - 90 days before arrival - 50%; 0 - 21 days before arrival - 100%; no arrival - 100%
- 50% non-refundable deposit needed for booking; balance by arrangement with owners; full payment required for bookings of 3 days and less.
