The lounge leads onto the balcony with stunning views of False Bay, Table Mountain and The Helderberg. The spacious bathroom includes a fitted shower, bath, w.c. and wash basin. There are ceiling fans and air conditioning. There is also a built-in braai (barbecue) in the garden downstairs.
Don't worry if you find negotiating stairs difficult - the off-street parking area is right outside your front door. Children over 12 years of age are welcome
