Golf Beach D4 is a beautiful self-catering 3 bedroom apartment situated in the stunning Greenways Golf Estate in Strand near Cape Town, South Africa. Enjoy magnificent views over the sea and mountains from the patio, dining room, lounge, the main and guest bedrooms.
The apartment is situated on the first floor of Golf Beach and is only meters away from the beach. You could either go for long walks along the beach alongside Greenside or try your luck out at fishing (popular fishing spot).
This self-catering holiday apartment comprises of open plan kitchen, lounge, dining room and patio, as well as three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the mod cons including eye level oven and hob, large LG fridge and freezer, microwave, large 7,2 kg LG washing machine as well as all the smaller appliances including a coffee machine.
The main and guest bedrooms both have sea and mountain views and both have queen size beds. The main bedroom is en-suite with a shower, toilet and basin. The 3rd bedroom is ideally suited for children. It faces the courtyard and has a double bunk as well as it's own TV to occupy the kids. The 2nd bathroom has a bath, toilet and basin.
One can see the sea and the Hottentots Holland mountain range from the dining room and the lounge. The lounge has a TV and genuine leather lounge couches. You can relax and enjoy the magnificent views from the patio.
The quality of the furnishings in the apartment is of a very high standard. Great care has been taken to ensure that everything you require for a home away from home has been met. You will also find the apartment spotlessly clean and maintained. All linen and towels are supplied.
Greenways Golf Estate is a 24-hour secured golf estate (9 hole mashi course) on the beach (there is no road between the estate and the beach). Entrance to the estate is restricted and tightly controlled. The estate boasts a 9 hole golf course, swimming pools and tennis courts which guests have access to. There are also walking paths throughout the estate and it is very safe for children to play.
Greenways is close to all amenities you may need. Strand itself is a laid back seaside town. In the town itself you will find almost everything and if that does not suffice, the Somerset West Shopping centre will meet all your shopping needs.
