- To secure booking, your credit card details are required
- Cancellation policy: In the event of the reservation being cancelled more than 30 days in advance, 20 % of the total fee will be charged. If cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival 80% of the total fee will be charged. If cancelled less than 2 days in advance the total fee will be charged
- With the communication of your credit card details by fax or e-mail you authorise us to debit your account by the said cancellation fees
- 50% non-refundable deposit needed for booking; balance by arrangement
