- All the rental apartments are serviced 5 days a week by our housekeeper who is on hand to attend to your domestic needs.
- Ideal for film crews, small tour groups, business groups working or playing, larger family groups or friends wanting their own apartments and privacy.
- Breakfast / coffee bar in adjoining building - why not relax and let someone else do the cooking,or if preferred, telephone and they will deliver, time permitting.
- Parking. Electronically controlled gates allows for off-street parking for 3 cars on property. There is also a garage.

- Cancellation policy: In case of cancellation guests will forfeit % of total account: 22 - 90 days before arrival - 50%; 0 - 21 days before arrival - 100%; no arrival - 100%
- 50% non-refundable deposit needed for booking; balance by arrangement with owners
