This spacious, comfortable, newly built, freestanding cottage offers you the perfect opportunity to walk to the beach and explore the Cape with the carefree lock-up and go lifestyle that the position affords. Being well furnished with all the mod cons, including wireless ADSL Broadband, this stylish self-catering cottage on the Atlantic Seaboard has loads to offer the traveller, be they local or international, on holiday or business.
The modern kitchen with all the furnishings and appliances encourages your culinary skills to experiment with something local, but as being on holiday means just that, there are loads of the award winning restaurants right on your door step, or order-in from an extensive list of restaurants, making it possible to not once need to cook. In summer there is always the added option of a braai (barbeque), whilst watching the "award winning" sunsets that
Camps Bay has become so famous for.
The ambiance of this self-catering accommodation encourages one to relax with your feet up in the privacy of the lounge whilst enjoying satellite television, a DVD, the latest novel or your favourite music, with the added benefit of a tranquil and private garden for those who just enjoy day dreaming whilst "sun-worshipping". During those hot summer there is always the option of taking a dip in the owners plunge pool, which is easily accessed (via a locked gate in garden for child safety and privacy).
If you are planning to enjoy the Cape winter there are added features such as a wood burning fireplace and under-floor heating through out, ensuring that winter in the Cape is as special as it can be. This may however may encourage one to spend more time at home and less time exploring, which after all is what the property and a holiday is all about.
The large bedroom with high timber ceilings and double doors leads directly into the garden and is perfectly suited for those late mornings or afternoon siesta's.
The owners being young parents themselves, welcome families with well behaved young children and will gladly arrange for a camp-cot, etc. should it be required. There is also the added benefit of a safe level garden to allow the kids explore without worrying.
To complete the experience the cottage has been designed to encompass the outstanding views of the Twelve Apostles, Table Mountain Nature Reserve and the Atlantic Ocean, best enjoyed with a glass of the finest Cape’s wines, whilst relaxing on the patio.
OPTIONAL EXTRA : There is also the additional option of a second detached guest suite with double bedroom and its own bathroom, which is ideal for a second couple or families requiring an additional bedroom for older children. Kindly discuss this when booking as it’s subject to availability.

Conditions
- A deposit of 50% is required to secure bookings.

Cancellation policy: A refund will only be considered if the booking is cancelled more than 3 weeks prior to date of arrival and subject to the condition that we are able to re-let the entire period of your confirmed reservation. Please note that 20% of the total accommodation charge per reservation will be levied as a cancellation fee regardless.
