TouchdownSouth is a joint venture between public relations and tourism expert Maret Badenhorst and IT consultant Russell van der Walt.

Maret Badenhorst (B.A.) is based in Gordon's Bay, Cape Town Metro, and brings to TouchdownSouth a wealth of more than 15 years' experience in the tourism industry, including the production and publication of tourism brochures and magazines, tourism-related events management and public relations consultancy mainly for establishments within the tourism industry. Because of her keen interest in the marketing and promotional field, she served on local tourism publicity committees for many years.
