Villa Cape Blue is
a stylish modern 4 bedroom villa in a magnificent location in Camps
Bay, Cape Town, South Africa. It is situated on a quiet road, but
it is still within walking distance to the beautiful Camps
Bay beach
and local shops and restaurants. The property also enjoys fantastic
views, not only of the Atlantic Ocean but also of the Twelve
Apostles.
But what really sets this property apart, in a suburb
where space has a huge premium attached, are the generous proportions
of the house. Your initial impression of the house is one of spaciousness
as you enter through a triple size front door.
The hallway immediately opens into a large double volume lounge and dining
room area, with large glass sliding doors that open onto the heated pool (with
safety net) in the garden area, and the view of the Atlantic beyond.
This generosity of space continues throughout the house. The master bedroom
is enormous, and adjoins an equally large balcony, all with fantastic sea and
mountain views. It also has its own (large) en-suite bathroom complete with
bath and separate shower.
The remaining rooms, although more modestly proportioned, are by no means small
and each has its own private en-suite bathroom.
Besides the four immaculately appointed bedrooms Cape Blue also benefits from
an open plan office area, a fully equipped and modern kitchen and a downstairs

- A deposit of 50% is required to secure bookings. Full payment
required for bookings of 3 days and less.
- Cancellation policy: A refund will only be considered
if the booking is cancelled more than 3 weeks prior to date of
arrival and subject to the condition that we are able to re-let
the entire period of your confirmed reservation. Please
note that 20% of the total accommodation charge per reservation
will be levied as a cancellation fee regardless.
