This Cape Town villa on the Atlantic Seaboard is available all year round. It is serviced Monday to Friday during low season and daily in h igh and peak season except for Christmas day and New Year.

Conditions
- Smoking is allowed.
- Children are welcome.
- A deposit of 50% is required to secure bookings. Balance by arrangement with owners.
- Full payment is required for bookings of 3 days and less.
- Cancellation policy: A refund will only be considered if the booking is cancelled more than 4 weeks prior to date of arrival and subject to the condition that the owners are able to rent out the entire period of your confirmed reservation. Cancellation fee of 20% of the total accommodation account charged regardless. We suggest that you take out cancellation insurance.
