Ocean Views 2 Bedroom Holiday Apartment is on the second floor, right above Muizenberg Beach near Cape Town, South Africa. Enjoy intimate magnificent views of the beach and ocean and beyond that, the spectacular False Bay coastlines stretching towards Simon's Town in the west and Gordon's Bay some 50km to the south. The apartment offers beachfront self catering accommodation for furnished vacation rentals and sleeps 4 – 6 persons.
This self catering apartment has 2 bedroom (with double bed, 2 single beds) and 2 bathrooms (one with shower in bath, one with shower), a fully equipped ultra-modern kitchen, dining room and lounge with sleeper couch as well as a large balcony. Under floor heating, towel warmers and full access to satellite TV are standard features.
Satellite TV and Wi-Fi Internet access (R50 for 100 megs, R100 for 200 megs) available. Parking is in the complex parking lot behind security controlled entrance gates. Linen and towels supplied.

- Minimum booking requirement 3 nights. During peak December season 10 - 14 nights.

- No smoking in apartment.
- Reservations require 50% immediate deposit; balance of account by arrangement with owners.
- Final confirmation of booking is only made on receipt of deposit.
- Cancellation policy: In case of cancellation guests will forfeit following % of total account: 22 - 90 days before arrival - 50%; 0 - 21 days before arrival - 100%; no arrival - 100%
