Robben Island and the Atlantic seaboard - a modern open-plan living space with

Elm and Oak floors, contemporary furnishings and original artworks – a rare
combination of Africa and Asia, personally chosen elements that reflect the
love, care and pride that has gone into the refurbishment of one of Green
Point’s original homes – a fluid blending of minimalist edges and traditional
curves,
one that instantly exudes a feeling of warmth and peace.
Facilities
- The house has a large deck with magnificent sea views over the Atlantic
Ocean as far as Robben Island.
- Main Bedroom: (double bed), leading off the entrance passageway, en-suite
with a bath and a view, built-in cupboards, plasma screen with DVD and
DSTV, Bose sound system, WiFi, open hearth fireplace, Oak floors, wooden and
glass
door, wooden sash windows, phone and fax.
- Second Bedroom: (double bed), leading off the entrance passageway,
en-suite with a shower, built-in cupboards, TV screen with video, Oak floors,
wooden
and glass door, wooden sash french doors opening onto the entrance courtyard
and fountain
- Living Area: open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen, including gas-hob,
filter coffee machines and rotisserie.
- Deck: a windless north facing wooden deck, jacuzzi, Balinese furniture
and gas barbeque.
- Alarm system, private secure garage. Daily domestic maid service
provided.

Rates:
- 11 Jan to 31 Apr – R1900 per night
- 01 May to 30 Sep – R1200 per night
- 01 Oct to 19 Dec – R1900 per night
- 20 Dec to 10 Jan – R5000 per night
- Rates Negotiable according to length
of stay (10 nights, 15 Nights, 21 nights and a month).
- Minimum Stay is 4 nights. Christmas to New Years Minimum Stay is
12 Nights.
Conditions:
- We accept Visa and Master cards.
- A deposit of 50% is required
to secure bookings.
- Full payment is needed to secure bookings of 3 days
and less.
- Cancellation policy: A refund will only be considered if the
booking is cancelled more than 3 weeks prior to date of arrival and subject
to the
condition that
we are able to re-let the entire period of your confirmed reservation.
Please note that 20% of the total accommodation charge per reservation
will be levied
as a cancellation fee regardless.
