The self-catering apartment is situated downstairs of a two storey house against the Fish Hoek mountain overlooking False Bay and has its own private entrance and garden. There are about 10 steps leading to the entrance.
This holiday apartment is available for vacation rentals throughout the year and offers self-catering accommodation for up to 4 guests.

- Reservations require 50% deposit within 7 working days of making reservation; balance of account payable one month prior to arrival.
- Final confirmation of booking is only made on receipt of deposit.
- Refundable breakage deposit of R500 and cleaning fee of R350 charged on arrival.
- Cancellation policy: In case of cancellation guests will forfeit following % of total account: 22 - 90 days before arrival - 50%; 0 - 21 days before arrival - 100%; no arrival - 100%
