This self catering apartment is situated on 3 levels and has lovely sea views from the top balcony. From the parking area on ground level steps lead to the first floor. The main bedroom has a queen size bed and en-suite bathroom with shower. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and the 3 rd bedroom has two bunk beds. The second bathroom has a bath.
The second floor consists of the open plan fully equipped kitchen, dining area and lounge. On the 3 rd floor is a terrace with Jacuzzi and built-in barbecue / braai and from there lovely views over the old harbour, Bikini Beach and the sea.

Conditions
- Refundable breakage deposit of R1000 and cleaning fee of R250 charged on arrival
- Please bring own beach towels
- Minimum booking period: 5 nights
- 50% deposit needed for booking; balance by arrangement with owners. Full payment required for bookings of 3 days and less.
- Cancellation policy: In case of cancellation guests will forfeit % of total account: 22 - 90 days before arrival - 50%; 0 - 21 days before arrival - 100%; no arrival - 100%.
- Refunds and waiver of cancellation policy are at the discretion of management and ability to relet the apartment. Cancellation admin fee of 10 – 20% of deposit will be charged nevertheless.
