Atlantic Vista is a modern and contemporary two-bedroom self catering apartment located in a fantastic position in the heart of Mouille Point’s beach strip in Cape Town, South Africa.
The apartment is fully front facing, and the large open plan lounge, dining room and kitchen area all enjoy fantastic views of Table Bay and Robben Island. This open plan area also opens up on to a balcony (via completely stackable concertina doors) which gives the apartment a fantastic indoor/outdoor feel.
The apartment offers self catering accommodation and is available for vacation rentals throughout the year. It is very well equipped. For entertainment you have a large plasma screen television, full satellite subscription as well as a DVD player/music player.
The kitchen comes fully equipped with hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble drier and most other modern conveniences.
The bedrooms and bathrooms are located at the rear of the flat.
The master bedroom has a queen size bed, and the bathroom is fully en-suite (with a bath and a fully separate shower).
The second bedroom has two single beds, and a separate bathroom. This bathroom has a shower in it.
Besides being a modern and extremely comfortable flat, in an exciting and trendy area, the next best thing about Atlantic Vista is its location. It is extremely well located for someone wanting to explore the rest of Cape Town.
The V&A Waterfront is less than 1 km away. The main beaches of Clifton and Camps Bay are less than 10 minutes drive away. The restaurants and nightlife of Green Point and Cape Town City Central are approximately 5 minutes drive away. It has a fantastically central location in Cape Town.

- Cancellation policy: A refund will only be considered if the booking is cancelled more than 3 weeks prior to date of arrival and subject to the condition that we are able to re-let the entire period of your confirmed reservation. Please note that 20% of the total accommodation charge per reservation will be levied as a cancellation fee regardless.
