Antilles 16 is a luxury 5 bedroomed holiday home (sleeping 10 – 14 persons) in the Cayman / Nagua Bay security complex in Gordon's Bay , Cape Town, South Africa . The house offers luxury self catering accommodation for furnished vacation rentals throughout the year.
This lovely house stands right on the water's edge and from the front gate one walks out directly onto the beach.
Closer to the sea one cannot get. Sleep with the sound of waves in your ears!

- Upstairs:
- 2 main bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms with bath and separate showers, the one has a jacuzzi bath, the other a normal oval bath. Both with queen size beds. There are balconies right in front of bedrooms - full sea/mountain views.
- The 3rd bedroom has 2 x single beds, own bathroom.
- The 4th bedroom is more a children's bedroom with its own bathroom with shower only, wc and basin. It has 4 by double bunk beds. Then there is also a reading / relaxing section with a couch (can actually sleep another child) with own TV.
- Downstairs:
- Entrance hall, quest wc, 2nd lounge with a 3/4 bed (day bed)
- Main lounge with TV, dining room (seating 10 people)
- Kitchen, back kitchen with all the washing m/c, tumble dryer and dishwasher, extra fridge/freezer.
- Outside patio's x 2 - one on seaside and one pool side
- Poolroom - 5th bedroom with 2 x single beds and own en-suite bathroom (shower, wc and basin)
- ALL rooms have aircons
- Fully equipped: all linen, bathroom towels and swimming towels supplied
- Can effectively sleep 12 + the 2 day beds (14)

- Shopping centre across the road, restaurants and main swimming beach of Gordon's Bay 3 minutes away.
- Within easy reach of a few golf courses ( Erinvale, Strand, Somerset West, Stellenbosch, Devon Valley, etc.)
- 15 minutes to the nearest wine estates of The Helderberg, Stellenbosch, Paarl.
Scenic day drives to Hermanus, Cape Point, The Three passes to Franschhoek.
- 40 Minutes to Cape Town, with all the attractions: Table Mountain, Robben Island, Victoria Alfred Waterfront and many more.

- Refundable breakage deposit of R3000 charged
- Post-departure cleaning fee of R350 charged
- Please bring own beach towels
- Minimum booking period: 2 nights
- Cancellation policy: In case of cancellation guests will forfeit % of total account: 22 - 90 days before arrival - 50%; 0 - 21 days before arrival - 100%; no arrival - 100%. Cancellation fee of 20% charged regardless.
- 50% non-refundable deposit needed for booking; balance by arrangement with owners
